WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL
When you place an order electronically via mootlu.com,
you are deemed to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance selling agreement presented to you.
Buyers are subject to Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, the Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable legislation regarding the sale and delivery of products they purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, product shipping costs (shipping fee) are borne by the BUYER.
Each purchased product is delivered to the person or organization at the address provided by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER may terminate the contract.
All products are delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, complete, and with a warranty certificate and user manual, if any.
If it is understood that the product cannot be supplied, the SELLER shall notify the BUYER in writing within 3 days and refund the product price within 14 days at the latest.
IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PRICE IS NOT PAID
If the BUYER does not pay the product price or cancels it in bank records, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product ceases.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD
If it is determined that the credit card used by the BUYER was unfairly used by unauthorized persons after the product is delivered, and the product price is not paid to the SELLER by the relevant bank,
the BUYER is obliged to return the product within 3 days at the latest, with the shipping cost borne by the SELLER.
UNFORESEEN REASONS (FORCE MAJEURE)
If the delivery time is delayed due to force majeure events beyond the SELLER's control, the BUYER will be notified of the situation.
The BUYER may cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or request postponement of delivery.
If the payment was made in cash, it will be refunded within 14 days in case of cancellation.
For payments made by credit card, the refund will be made to the bank within 14 days; the bank's transfer time to the account may vary.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT
The BUYER is obliged to inspect the product before receiving it.
Damaged, broken, torn, or crushed products should not be accepted; a report must be prepared by the cargo official.
The received product is deemed to be in good condition.
If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must be unused and returned with all its accessories and invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The BUYER may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery of the product without stating any reason and without paying any penalty.
The notification of withdrawal must be made through one of the following communication channels:

The right of withdrawal period is 14 days from the delivery of the goods.
The costs arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
For the right of withdrawal to be exercised, the product must be unused and returned in its original box and with its invoice.
🔒 GLASSES SEAL AND RETURN VALIDITY (ADDITIONAL ARTICLE)
Each glasses model is sent with a Mootlu seal (label or security band) to preserve its quality and originality.
This seal guarantees that the product has not been used and that hygienic conditions have not been compromised.
If the seal is removed, torn, or damaged, the right of return and exchange becomes invalid.
This application complies with legal regulations and consumer law exceptions in terms of hygiene and user safety.
EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The product invoice must be included for returns.
For corporate invoiced orders, issuing a return invoice is mandatory for the return process.
The product must be sent complete and undamaged with its box, packaging, accessories, and warranty certificate, if any.
RETURN CONDITIONS
The SELLER shall refund the product price and any documents that incur debt to the buyer within 10 days at the latest from the date the withdrawal notification is received.
The product is retrieved from the BUYER within 20 days.
If there is a decrease in the value of the product due to the BUYER's fault, this loss shall be collected from the BUYER.
Discounts or promotions arising from campaigns may be canceled when the right of withdrawal is exercised.
PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED
- Products manufactured specifically for personal needs
- Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
- Opened cosmetic or personal care products
- Products that spoil quickly or have an expired use-by date
- Underwear, swimsuits, bikinis, headphones, lenses, or optical glasses
- Software, DVD/CD/VCD/cassettes, digital content, and computer consumables
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for these products.
DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on credit card payments, they are obliged to pay interest as per the bank agreement.
The BUYER will also be responsible for damages, expenses, and attorney fees arising from the delay.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
Payment can be made by bank transfer/EFT or credit card.
Single payment or installment options may be offered for credit card payments made via mootlu.com.
Once payment is approved, the order is processed.
