MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
MOOTLU
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
1.1 SELLER

1.2 BUYER
A natural or legal person who creates a membership and/or places an order through mootlu.com (hereinafter referred to as “BUYER”).
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER from the SELLER's mootlu.com address.
The BUYER accepts that they have read all preliminary information, including the basic characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, and the right of withdrawal, and has approved them electronically and placed the order accordingly.
The information, approved contracts, dispatch/cargo delivery notes, and invoice on the website are an integral annex to this agreement.
This agreement does not impose a continuous or periodic delivery obligation on the SELLER other than for the goods explicitly ordered by the BUYER.
ARTICLE 3 – PLACE, METHOD, AND COSTS OF DELIVERY
The product is delivered to the delivery address specified by the BUYER during the order, to the BUYER themselves, to relatives at the same address, or to a third party specified by them.
Payment is mandatory for the order to be finalized.
Delivery is made within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date the payment is credited to the SELLER's account.
If payment does not occur for any reason or is subsequently cancelled, the SELLER's delivery obligation ceases.
ARTICLE 4 – BUYER'S STATEMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The BUYER accepts that they have read and approved electronically all preliminary information regarding the characteristics of the product, the sales price, payment method, and delivery/shipping cost.
The BUYER inspects the product upon delivery; if there are broken, dented, or torn packaging, a report is drawn up without taking delivery of the products. A received product is considered undamaged.
If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised; the SELLER must be notified within 14 (fourteen) days from the date the product is delivered to the BUYER or the specified third party.
The product must be returned unused, along with its box, warranty certificate, cleaning cloth, cleaning kit, and all other accessories.
ARTICLE 5 – SELLER'S STATEMENTS AND OBLIGATIONS
The SELLER delivers the order complete, sound, in accordance with the contract, and with a warranty certificate/user manual, if any.
If delivery to a person other than the BUYER has been agreed upon and this person does not accept the delivery, the SELLER is not responsible.
After the withdrawal notification reaches the SELLER, the amount will be refunded within 14 days following the delivery of the returned product and documents, in accordance with the payment method used for the purchase.
If delivery becomes impossible due to force majeure or technical reasons, the SELLER notifies the BUYER within 3 days and refunds the amount within 14 days.
Defective products covered by warranty can be sent for free repair or replacement. The SELLER is not responsible for returns or exchanges due to faults caused by user error.
ARTICLE 6 – PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS AND PRICE
The type, model, color, quantity of the product, and the sales price including taxes are as stated on the product page at mootlu.com and on the invoice.
Shipping cost is added at the payment step.
The interest to be applied in case of default cannot exceed the CBRT advance interest rate and in no case can it exceed 30%.
For credit card payments, the agreement between the bank and the BUYER is valid.
Installment sales are made only with a credit card. Special agreements with the bank are not binding on Mootlu.
ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
7.1 Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
Withdrawal notification can be made by filling out a form from mootlu.com or via info@mootlu.com.
After the withdrawal notification is made within the period, the product must be sent complete with its box, packaging, accessories, and any gift products, along with the original invoice.
No shipping fee is charged for returns made with the SELLER's contracted cargo company (Yurtiçi Kargo); in case of preference for another cargo company, the cost belongs to the BUYER.
After the returned product reaches the SELLER, the amount is refunded within 14 days to the payment method used for the purchase.
7.2 Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:
- Damage to the product or its accessories,
Failure to make a withdrawal notification within the 14-day period,
- Removal of the seal on products not suitable for return due to hygiene rules.
📌 Special Warning:
The Mootlu security label/seal on eyewear indicates that the product has not been used.
If this seal is removed or damaged, the right of return becomes invalid.

ARTICLE 8 – DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
If the BUYER defaults on credit card transactions, they are obligated to pay interest in accordance with their agreement with the bank.
The bank may resort to legal remedies and claim expenses.
The BUYER agrees to compensate the SELLER for any damages arising from the delay.
ARTICLE 9 – APPROVAL AND PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
This agreement has been prepared in accordance with Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Contracts Regulation.
The BUYER has read and electronically approved all preliminary information, including the basic characteristics of the product, price, payment, delivery, and withdrawal conditions.
The agreement and the Preliminary Information Form become effective upon electronic approval.
The approval date is valid as the signing and acceptance date of the order.
ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTES AND AUTHORIZED BODIES
In disputes; Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized within monetary limits, and Consumer Courts in cases exceeding these limits.
The BUYER can apply to the authorities at their place of residence or at the SELLER's place of business.
Turkish law applies to the resolution of disputes.
